1-WHY DON'T YOU ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT LIKE OTHER SELLERS ?
We
are aware that, some buyers do not have a credit card and could only
pay cash. We use to accept cash in the past but as a result, half of
our cash payment was stolen, EVEN via REGISTERED MAIL. Cash were taken
from the registered letter and resealed back. We are force to accept
the letters as they are not "Open". To avoid this problem again, we
will NOT ACCEPT CASH anymore. If you insist on sending cash, please
bear in mind, you are on 100% your own risk, please DO NOT blame us if cash stolen.We have warned you (
we're as upset as you are )
2-DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL ?
Yes, Paypal is the BEST payment method. We get paid fast , you get your purchases fast
3-HOW IF I DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT ?
Payment can be make by Western Union Money Transfer or Bank Transfer
( fees apply on your side ) which are available on most countries or ask your friend who has paypal
to pay on your behalf.
4-DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER OR CHEQUE ?
NO, they are NOT accepted due to the high bank fees and takes VERY LONG to cleared in my country. ( 2 weeks to reach us by snail mail plus 6 weeks to clear the cheque and another 2 weeks for your purchases to reach you, almost 3 month to complete the purchases !!! Avoid using this method )
5- HOW FAST CAN I RECEIVE MY ITEMS ?
Most of the cases, 7-21 days by overseas 1st class Registered Airmail, and 3-7 days by Courier Speed Post. Seamail will take around 1-3
months. Although we ship very promptly, mostly within 24 hours unless
PO closed or we are out of town, shipment might sometime takes more
then a month due to custom clearance. Countries like Brazil, Italy,
France might even takes longer delivery time due to their slow
processing method. Please be patience if this happen. we'll follow through the sales. You should also be aware that most delay are cause by
custom inspection. We will refund the payment if investigation shows
the parcel are lost. Please inform us first for checking the status
before dispute.

6- WHAT IF THE GOOD RECEIVED ARE BROKEN OR DAMAGE OR DIFFERENT ITEMS ?
Take a shot with your digital camera and email us with the proof, we will then claim the damage from our postal department and refund will be given back to you. If we send a wrong goods, we will replace with the right one free of charge or refund in full if unavailable. We make mistake and we pay for our mistake, you will be lucky if you receive a wrong one!! You don't have to return back!
7- I SEE THAT THERE ARE SOME IDENTICAL ITEMS IN YOUR STORE, SOME ARE CHEAPER THEN THE OTHERS, WHICH ONE SHOULD I BUY?
Sometime we bought similar good at different timing, so the pricing might be different even they are identical. Of course, you should pick the cheaper piece unless they are less better condition. It's all up to your choices.
8- I'M A LOCAL BUYER, CAN I PAY THROUGH BANK ?
Yes, if you are from Malaysia or Singapore, you can bank into our Maybank ( for Malaysian ) or Standard Chartered Bank ( for Singaporean ) Bank info will be given to you after your purchases.
